Central Texas Spine Institute, LLP (CTSI) is an
association of independent medical practices
offering comprehensive spine care, including
diagnostic services, conservative modalities,
orthopedic surgery, physical medicine and chronic
pain management. The physicians are:

- Randall F. Dryer, M.D.
- Okay Atilla Onan, M.D.
- Joe T. Powell, M.D.
- James L. Smith, Jr., M.D.
- William P. Taylor, M.D.
The main office of CTSI is conveniently located
in North Austin near MoPac and Far West Boulevard in
Austin Surgical Plaza. The building, in
addition to the offices of CTSI, houses a surgical
hospital, outpatient physical therapy and a
diagnostic imaging center for Magnetic Resonance
Imaging (MRI) and Computerized Tomography (CT) and
other imaging modalities.
Austin Surgical Plaza offers free, ground-level
parking with a large, covered drive-thru for patient
convenience during inclement weather. The
building and parking are designed to easily
accommodate the mobility impaired.
